Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (handmade items are crafted in small batches). A live shipment with an AWB number and tracking link is emailed to you as soon as it leaves us.

Typical delivery windows are shown for the pincode at checkout. Times are estimates; we pass the courier's latest ETAs to you.

All orders are prepaid. We never offer Cash on Delivery — payments are processed and verified securely via Razorpay before an order is confirmed.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Duties/taxes beyond applicable ones are the customer's responsibility in the unlikely event they apply.
